The real key here in our opinion is whether or not it deserves to be slightly ahead of the turtle. We have seen plenty of evidence that it reached turtle. To see if it has surpassed, we just browsed some discussion groups, discord servers, etc. and we did find a few instances of players offering things like a turtle and one ride potion for peppermint and the trade appearing to go through. This is one where we would like to do a trading video though to see if we can replicate that (turtle plus adds for it) in game -- we will see if we can get some time to do it as we feel like surpassing turtle is a big step for any pet.. Side note - neon and mega still looking good.
