It has been out of game for a while so it would be strange to reduce it. If we focus on the neon no pot version, we see some examples of it trading for as low as 1 ride potion and we also see it currently failing to trade for 1 fly potion. However we do see a recent trade that was right around 1 fly potion in value with an offer of FR pyrenees with small add (which is basically where we already have the neon). If we take all of this into account, we do not really see enough to adjust the value. The same is true for the other versions as well.
